I founded the handpan shop because this instrument touched me from the very first moment.
When I first played a handpan back then, it was immediately clear:
This sound touches something in people that words often cannot reach.
This enthusiasm became a vision - and eventually a family business that today works together with me to make high-quality handpans accessible to everyone.
It's important to me that you feel safe online too.
Buying a handpan requires trust, and that's exactly why I test each instrument personally .
I check the sound, tuning and workmanship, and only include handpans in the shop that I am 100% convinced of.
I want you to feel just as comfortable browsing our site as you would when trying out a game in the store.
What began as my personal journey is now a joint project between my family and me.
We support each other, answer questions, take care of content, organization and everything else needed to create a trusting environment.
We value honesty, transparency and genuine advice - without pressure and unnecessary frills.

Lisa
Lisa works behind the scenes - and that's exactly where she holds everything together.
She answers emails, manages social media, maintains the website, and ensures that information, dates, and procedures are not only in her head but also actually somewhere.
She's the one who has my back: she organizes, sorts, remembers, thinks along with me, and steps in wherever needed.
The fact that I can dedicate so much time to sound, teaching, and personal encounters is also due to Lisa quietly working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

Mom is our feel-good manager. She makes sure the Handpan Shop not only looks like a shop, but feels like home. She offers support wherever it's needed: with a listening ear, with advice, with heart – and always with that special warmth that only mothers possess. The fact that the Handpan Shop feels like a home rather than a business is largely thanks to her. Whether preparing for trial sessions, welcoming guests, or simply offering a smile at the right moment – she's a big part of the feeling of home that many experience here.

Dad makes sure that everything is in order behind the scenes: procedures, processes and documents – he keeps track of everything and gives the handpan shop a stable foundation.
In financial accounting and taxes, he ensures that all figures are correct and that we manage our business reliably and with foresight.
He helps out in the warehouse: packing parcels, carrying instruments, organizing shelves and keeping an eye on logistics – so that your handpan arrives safely and lovingly packaged.
With his calm, meticulous manner and his attention to detail, he creates the reliability that makes our store possible in the first place.
Sister, spontaneous support & our photo model
Luise
Luise is my sister—and someone you can always rely on. Her own job leaves her little time, but whenever we need her, she's there: at photoshoots, events, or simply when we need a helping hand. These days, she's also increasingly appearing as a model in our pictures. With her natural manner, she perfectly captures what's important to us: real people, real moments, and genuine joy in sound.
Good-humored being & childlike joy
Dea
Dea is our miniature poodle and, without a doubt, our ray of sunshine. She brings childlike joy to our everyday life with her curiosity, her playful nature, and the way she simply throws herself right into the thick of things. She's usually seen with Lisa—and in many of our pictures and videos. Dea reminds us every day to laugh, play, cuddle, and not take everything too seriously.
Welcome Chief, Fluffy Cloud & Alarm System
Melo
Melo is my parents' Bichon Frisé, and at ten years old, he's our calm, serene, fluffy bundle of joy. He loves being petted, always wants to know what's going on, and definitely doesn't miss a single person who walks through the door. Like our most reliable alarm system, he faithfully reports every movement—only to then, a moment later, stand at the front as the welcoming boss, warmly greeting newcomers. Anyone entering the Handpan Shop is usually first seen, sniffed, and greeted by Melo.
